Lancet has not sent me statements to show my outstanding balances Last year December i requested th statement and it was clear that the medical aid will pay

What does the Law says ...when it comes handing over of account to debt collectors Lancet must stop tyeir nonsense of threatening us without sending me the statements but Lancet can send me the notice of sending my account to collectors within sending me the statements Remember that there are other service providers in your specialty

You are useless....lets check what procedures you followed in communicating with me...even now Lancet did not send me the outstanding balance
