DISGUSTED!!!!!!!

Took my father in law of 93 to the Umhlanga Netcare hospital for chronic stomach pains and the doctor after 5 to 6 hours of supervision and placing a catheter decided to have blood test done. I received the blood test pro forma invoice amounting to R3427.70 which I went to pay the next morning and asked if they would consider giving a discount seeing it is difficult times and he is 93 years old with unfortunately no medical aid. I was totally disgusted by the Lancet employee who bluntly said NO! as it was a trauma case.
