Disguising service

Some time last year i visited a doctor using my medical aid and was assisted by the doctor and a day later i received an email teling me that i need to make a cash payment because on my file my medical details are not showing so that means am a private cleint, called to amend the details gave them my medical aid details but still i received an email telling me that my medical aid number is not in use and am not a member of that medical aid.. called my medical aid and was told no claim was received on their side.called lancet and was told that the matter will be escalated and it will take a month to resolve and i will be contacted. a month past and no one contacted me and now am receiving fone calls and emails from the collecter telling me i need to make a cash payment. called today the lancet to ask what is going on spoke to THEMBANI SIGASA ,SHE was very rude told me that its not her fault that my medical aid is not paying out and they will not be assisting me ,she even said my case is old i should just make a cash payment ..the is a reason why i have a medical aid and i always double check before going to a doctor to avoid these kind of issues.<br> KINDLY ASSIST
