DISAPPOINTED AT THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM I EXPERIENCED AT LANCET SHELLY BEACH

I’m utterly disappointed from a pathetic service and attitude I had received at your Shelly beach toad. Today the 20th of May 2021, I phoned Lancet Shelly Beach @9:10 when I spoke to a lady requesting my previous covid-19 test results, she took my details and promised to call me back. @10:16 (9min call duration) I called again following up as no one ever called back as promised. I found a gentleman whom assisted me and discovered that my details were taken incorrectly on the December test, hence he was struggling to find it. He then promised to email the results to me. @12:39 I called again after realizing that there was still no email from Lancet, after the dissatisfaction I received from the call, I then decided to deviate from my route to go and follow up personally.

I found a lady and explained to her who I am and what I was there for, I continued asking if she thinks it’s fair what was happening to me. She said that they had a problem emailing the results then I told her that they should have advised me that leaving me hanging.

To My Shocking surprise!!!! She told me that they were doing me a favor after all. She added that I should have gone to Port Shepstone, they are working at the Depo and they’re not a branch! In a very unpleasant approach, I was out of words! Her gestures were presenting a very contemptuous behavior. It is at that very moment when I requested her to give me her name (in the presence of her African man colleague), she literally said “I wont give you my name, if you want to go and report me feel free to do so” and she proceeded to another room and left me white the colleague. I then asked for her name from her colleague, she immediately came out before her colleague could answer then I started taking a video. I asked for her name again and said “You told me you won’t give me your name? He then told me her name is LULAMA, and she was busy pointing at me as she was talking and I warned her not to do that. However, she argued until he left.

I am very disgusted to have been humiliated that way and I’m still shaking from disbelief. I wish to be advised about every step of this complaint. Thank you
