Pathetic customer service....Paid cash for a covid test for hubby and myself. Requested an invoice or statement so a claim could be processed on my medical aid for a refund. Received a statement with incorrect codes. This was rejected by medical aid. Three calls, 3 emails thereafter requesting an amended statement since 15th Sept 21. Nothing to date. Absolutely disgusted with your customer services. Ref y***4
