Dear Lancet I received an email from you on the 12th March 2015 claiming that I owe you R110. I then rep**** by asking you why you are emailing me instead of claiming the money from my medical aid. Adrian Kruger rep**** by saying the invoice is dated August 2014 I then asked what took you so long to process the invoice and asked him to check if there are any outstanding invoices. He diff get back to m instead he decides to send me a letter threatening me to pay the money within 10 days and that legal action will be taken and I will pay for legal fees. And when did I agree to that. And who taught this idiot to communicate with people the way he does. I don't have time for games it just happend that the hospital I went to used your service I didn't know you were such a unprofessional company. Instead of you giving me Answers you respond in such a childish manner.
