DEMANDING PAYMENTS ALREADY MADE.

I have been trying since 20 August 2024 to sort out 3 accounts with Lancet Laboratories and as of 2 June 2025 08:14 these accounts have still not been sorted out by their accounts department, yet they have handed me over for payment on the incorrect amounts, I have had continuous harassing phone calls (3 a day) since 23 Jan 2025 for payment, Demanding payment for amounts already paid and handing these accounts over for amounts already paid is ******* in my books and is an offence, MY MOM HAS BEEN HARASSED DAILY WHILE SHE IS STILL TRYING TO COPE WITH MY DADS DEATH. Transmed paid the medical aid amounts on 18 October 2024 and 15 November 2024 yet these amounts do not show on the statements. I have repeatedly sent the documentation from the medical aid showing the payments made yet Lancet has STILL NOT CREDITED THESE PAYMENTS. LANCET CANNOT EXPECT PAYMENT ON ACCOUNTS THAT ARE INCORRECT. SORT THESE ACCOUNTS OUT THEN EMAIL ME THE CORRECTED ACCOUNTS, ONCE CORRECTED ACCOUNTS ARE RECEIVED, THEN I WILL ARRANGE PAYMENT. Accounts F***3 / F***0 / F***1
