Demanding payment without an account

The only company that sends me an SMS three days after a procedure (cancer removal)demanding payment. I requested a statement per e-mail. Up to 20 SMS's . Eventually had to block their nu.ber. I will never pay any body on an SMS Only need an account per e-mail
