DEBTORS DEPARTMENT A JOKE

My brother and I both received sms' saying that his account was handed over for collection. The service was in March and it comes out that the medical aid short paid. Not one statement, invoice or phone call between March and September, now an sms from attorneys. Upon calling Lancet I was advised that they have been sending statements, they have the incorrect postal address. When asked if they have a phone number, the reply was 'yes'. When asked why did they not used it, dead silence. It is apparent from the sms' receives that they don't only have my brother's number, but mine as well, is there no one that can make a courtesy call? Do they need instructions on how to use a phone?
