Debt collection agents are rude

Debt collectors are rude and have left the line active aftet telling me "We won't stop mailing you and sending sms's until you talk to us."

I made arrangements to pay, and a few mins later an agent calls me and asks me to confirm my ID and address. Where in the world, do you just give these out when a stranger calls you. She has left the line active and has me muted (probably).

Calling from number ***. When you try yo call that number back it's says, "Subcriber you have dialled is not available." So far the call has been active for 35 minutes.
