Lancet is absolutely appalling. I went for blood tests on the 1.12.2020 and they didn't take enough blood so I had to return on the 15.12.2020. When I went back they refused to put it on medical aid therefore I had to pay cash. They in turn gave me a pensioners discount and I paid that in full. Now everyday I am receiving statements with different outstanding balances. This is terribly annoying and needs to be sorted ASAP
