Credit not being refunded
<p>I have paid an amount on my account, which the medical aid also paid. I have requested a refund from Lancet twice via email (the process to follow as per the Lancet call centre agents) and still I have not received my money. It has been 4 months and not even one response from them.</p>

Please note the it has been a week and no one has contacted me yet.
I have spoken to someone in the call centre and they said that my refund was processed on the 4th of October, but I have rechecked my account and their is not eft made from lancet. She also confirmed my detail and you have the correct details so I really do not understand why I am still waiting for my refund. If you have processed the refund please forward me a proof of payment.
