I have asked that the reference code on the account to be changed in order for Momentum to be paid. Lancet submitted the account to the medical aid with incorrect codes and the account has not been to date. The. Ode submitted is *** U-IFE and should be ***323 U-IFE. The medical aid is Momentum, member number ***' ID number ***.<br> <br>
