Dear Michelle Herbst
Further to your mails and complaint on hellopeter, we regret that you are dis-satisfied with our responses (which has been initiated by management).
The decision to either reduce the amount and allow the payment to be made in a few monthly instalments, were offered to you (not imposed on you). We asked that you respond to us however, you have threatened to take this to the Ombudsman and posted on hellopeter. We have no problem with both of these as we have NOT closed off our negotiations with you neither have we done anything ethically wrong. We have followed the normal debt-collections process in accordance with the CPA Rules.
Please understand that the services we have performed are Medical services that do not attract huge profits, hence, under the circumstances, we cannot simply write off the accounts. We have given you options, and all we need for you is to accept or provide us with alternate suggestions.
Regards
GM
