Constant threatening

Good Day

I keep getting harassed in my emails about a payment that I need to make but it’s been paid by the medical aid almost a year ago and it’s quadruple the amount that was paid for. I’ve sent a statement but all that’s said in the emailed response from them is that they understand but I must still pay. Especially them saying it’s always being escalated to try and scare you into paying. NO!! I don’t owe anything.
