Constant nagging for paid bill and charging for tests that have not been done!

I am absolutely disgusted by these people. Thank God I have an honest doctor. I was charged over R800 for a test to have cultures done but the test was received and no cultures where done and a little note was simply sent to my doctor. My doctor told me it is ********* as we paid to have cultures done of a specimen and not just having it looked at as my doctor could simply have "looked at it" and made a better guess. I then get hounded and nagged after paying the bill for this injustice saying the bill is outstanding!!!! this is a shocking abuse of power in the medical industry as without my doctor telling me how would I have known? How many other people that dont know better get cheated?
