Constant Harassment

In late September 2013 my wife had blood tests performed. The account R794.20 went to Discovery Medical Aid who did not pay because we were out of savings. The account therefore found its way to me in December 2013 . In early January I paid the account with a cheque which went through my account on 08/01/2014. Since then I have just about every other month had telephone calls or SMS's sent to me sometimes they have been quite obnoxious and threatening. I have on all occasions sent proof of payment with all the accompanying e-mail. I have even had some agents acknowledge that I have paid. However the harassment continues. I have tried to speak to the Lancet CEO but have never got through. I did get through to a gentleman who undertook to sort the matter out and copy me on the e-mails but this did not happen.<br> I have asked my bank for a copy of the cheque which I still await. <br> I just want the harassment to stop and I do not want to find in the future I have been blacklisted.
