CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OF PATIENTS SENT TO ME ERRONEOUSLY

<p>I have observed that, over the past month to date, Lancet Laboratories has been sending confidential information (blood results) of patients to me, meanwhile i am not the intended recipient. Given this, i have arleted Lancet about this error, however, this mystery does not seem to be going away. My inbox is flocked persistently with the same information and i believe that this is a deliberate intentions by Lancet, given that, i have requested them to remove my e-mail address from their mailing list.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can i please have this e-mail ********** removed from your mailing list. I am not the intended recipient of the said information. What annoys me most is, if the Laboratory can very well engage in this careless actions meanwhile my own Doctor is utilising their services in respec of various tests that they conduct on me, who else apart from my own Physician is in possession of my Medical Information? You guys are very careless and you must be sued for this act of negligence.</p>
