COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED FOR 9 MONTHS!

CLAIMS NOT SUBMITTED TO MEDICAL AID! I have been sending emails since 21 March 2022 in attempt to get this resolved. On Friday 25 November 2022 I received a message saying that my account has been handed over to debt collectors while my medical aid details were produced when doing COVID 19 tests for both my daughter and I but they put it us personal clients. I have been fighting this battle for too long now with and still no resolve! I have called multiple times and send countless emails ***********, Call-Centre on **********. I have spoken to Resolutions Case Administrator Presence but never received help after providing my medical aid membership certificate. This is APPALLING!
