Complaint against Lancet

Good day

The complaint relates to treatment and tests done to my child on the 11/07/2018 under payment reference M ********** . My medical aid informed me they were willing to pay unless Lancet provide them the Pathology request note for code to be processed. Just because of their administration issues which is absolutely not my problem. They are now making it my problem. I explained this to one lady from Lancet. And she responded by saying she is struggling to submit the claim on the system. Because of that I have to pay when the medical aid did completely declined to pay. Now I am being threatened with SMS and calls from lawyers. Is that fair. Someone must really call me and look at this. get the claim properly submitted to the medical aid for payment to be processed not by myself.

The rejection reason as per my statement is 909 - PATHOLOGY REQUEST NOTE REQUIRED FROM THE LABOLATORY FOR CODE TO BE PROCESSEDProposed solution - Other -Solution description I have been so inconvenience and so much stressed with calls from lawyers meanwhile its just a Lancet admin issue that must be resolved. I cannot teach people how to do their work, because I am not working for lancet
