Complaint

To whom it may concern.

I am writing with regards to my reference number Y***9. Bloods was done for my baby in hospital on the 19 April 2019. However lancet laboratorie call us to redo the bloods on the 21 April 2019 and they stated to us that we are not gona be charge for the bloods they didnt even give us any form to sign for the 21 April 2019 to state that we are gona be charge for the bloods or that we giving them concern to take the bloods.Now they say we owe them. They was advise by me to put the account on hold as per gerald singh from mt Edgerton but they didn't listen to me they still handed me over to the collection department.I am very angry and disspointed with there services. There account department are so rude toward you. They don't like to help and they make it seem like it our fault.
