Complained

I was in hospital and blood test had to be done ,Lancet ( Dr Mauff AC and Partners ) did the test ,they never submitted the account to medical aid ,there words where the system is not sending the account to medical l aid as they not paying for it ,they phone when the account has to be paid.I send the account to medical aid and the paid a person of it know I am struggling to get the refund.the 1 call center consultant tells you 5 - 7 working days to reflect and the next one tells you 3 weeks .they are making accuses for every thing not to refund client
