COMPELTE DISREGARD AND ATTITUDE AT COVID TESTING SITE WILGEHEUWEL

I took my son to the Wilgeheuwel Covid testing container last night 02/06/21.

I arrived just after 6pm. When showing my completed/filled in form, the proceeded to tell me that they were closed.

I asked how that was possible as they are open until 7pm, I was ignored. I then asked where else I could go to get a test done, I was once again ignored.

I then proceeded to phone head office, who also assured me that the testing station was open until 7pm. The very helpful lady from H/O tried to call the testing station, but of course the gentlemen ignored the call.

Another lady came for a test at this time. The lab inside the hospital had sent her to the testing station. The inside lab had phoned the gentleman inside the container advising him of the ladies arrival. The gentleman then proceeded to assist with the ladies test.

I explained this to the woman on the phone from h/o, who then said she would phone the inside lab for me, for them to assist me. While I was on the phone, I heard the inside lab phone the gentleman advising that he needed to assist me. This then turned into a argument between the gentleman an the inside lab. They then reluctantly assisted me with my sons test.

I was less than 5 minutes to do the swab. Around 30minutes wasted due to a staff member who clearly had a attitude, and just couldn't give a damn to actually do his job.
