Clueless staff and lack of communication

It's actually disappointing that the communication from some of the labs are absolutely useless. Is it right that the staff dealing with customer queries are totally clueless of any tests?

And the. I'm still waiting a almost a week for any communication after I got a form and ticked it off. Just to find out price so I don't go in during these times just for a price..
