Clueless Accounts department

Since after i paid too much on an Lancet account (and being refunded by Lancet) i STILL get calls from Lancet's lawyers as well as the call center that we still owe money???

We submitted numerous pop to Lancet but they are clueless..

How on earth can i still owe money on an account if i was refunded for paying too much on an account????

I spoke to a very rude agent at 09:30 again claiming we owe them money. They have NO IDEA what is going on in their accounts department, rather use AMPATH!!
