Client details wrong on statement
Good Day
Statement was sent to me for a J Williams This is incorrect I am not J Williams But S Williams please correct this error , if this error isn't sorted I won't be able to claim back what I PAID for ,
I told the call centre agent as well that this is not my initials but you guys refuse to correct the error
