Cleary she is not a Qualified Nurse!!!!

I am really sick, I have a viral infection and I urgently needed my blood test done to start the right treatment, but this *********** nurse that you have at Lancet in Glen Marais has caused now that we still do not know what is wrong with me. I went to take blood on 13 January 2016. I have been phoning since 15 January and every time they tell me the results are not back yet. Today 19 January 2016, I started investigating what is going on because I am desperate to start treatment as I am REALLY sick!!!! Only to find out that she did not take my blood properly and they could not do the tests, NOBODY could pick up a phone to let me know. Do you people know what you are dealing with life and death matters here???? NO!!! because you do not care!<br> <br> I am really disgusted in this Nurse. First of all she had no clue on how to look for a vein to put the needle in and after hurting me and bruising me arm she had 2 vials of blood. Then she opened the vials and poured it into another vial??? I am sure she contaminated my blood.<br> <br> Thank you Lancet that I will be waiting another 10 working days for results and Thank you that I will feel sicker for longer
