*********** Claims Agents, Nonsense Service

We have received terrible service from Lancet call enter claims, they keep sending unpaid statements for a medical aid patient and even after calling them several times, they still do not make claims but want a cash payment. This happens every year even when the doctor has clearly stated patient details including medical aid number but it is still the same problem every time. They never update patient details and don't make medical aid claims but want cash. I am tired of dealing with the same problem every time we use their services and actually requesting doctor to find an alternative lab that we can use. The claims department is ***********!!!
