Charged wrong

<p>On the 9th of July my gynae sent me to Lancet in Westville Life hospital. When I got there to do the test I asked the lady that was assisting me how much will it be. She then said to me it will be it will be 600 and odd rand. I asked her if I pay via my medical aid will it be the same amount and she assured me it will be same amount. Imagine my suprise when I am now charged R1642.40. This is not acceptable because I had cash with me and I wouldve paid cash had I been informed of this. I want my refund as I need my saving on my medical aid. I will pay the cash if needs be. When I called Lancet account they tell me they cant do anything. Unacceptable!!!!</p>
