Caring and professional service

I am very thankful for the wonderful way in which one of your employees, treated our daughter. Despite the reception area being full of waiting customers, she had lots of patience with our child after drawing blood from her. Our daughter wasn't feeling well at all afterwards and your employee watched her carefully, encouraged her and even sent somebody to walk with us to our car. Her caring and professionalism meant a lot to both of us. Our daughter later said no-one ever treated her that way before, which meant a lot to her to overcome her fears.
