Can't send me a paid up invoice
I was trying not to have to write a review but I have no other choice. I have emailed multiple times to request a paid up invoice from August 2023. You guys are very quick to email me outstanding invoices but can't send me a paid up invoice!
I don't know if the person responding to this emails can ready English or is even competent in their jobs but I NEED THE PAID UP STATMENT FROM AUGUST 2023 FOR AN AMOUNT OF R3228.70. Reference number Q***9
Please do not send me the invoice that is outstanding from January, I am sorting this out with my medical aid.
