Can't label or invoice correctly - multiple times

They labelled the blood viles to the wrong person and and then when invoicing time came they invoiced it to the wrong person and medical aid. After giving them the correct information again, they again invoiced it incorrectly - to the wrong dependent this time. Imagine, maybe we got the wrong blood results they are so disorganised!
