Can’t do their job and zero empathy

On 31 August I was sent to the Lancet Labs at Donald Gordon to have blood tests done for a live threatening situation. Today is the 5th of September and the results are still not loaded on the app. Then when I call for help I get told I must now sent an email with proof and evidence, I’m on the verge of going into kidney failure but I must spend my time sending emails to tell them to do their job in the first place.
