Can you please load my results on the app????? What is the use of having it!!!

In this day an age we are told to move away for calling and waiting because call centre's are inundated with calls which I fully understand and agree with the poor agents are on overload, So now when you go onto an app like the lancet patient app wanting to check your results because everyone tells you it is complete you can find it there and when you go there amlost 72hours later No one at the lab you drew the blood is willing to email it you i understand the POPI all to well having worked in the medical field all my life but really you grt transferred to client services and listen to their annoying music for half an hour on your airtime only to be cut off and wait the app still says results pending what in heavens name now you must drive to a depot again to risk sitting amongst ppl who are being tested for covid no thank i had it already i dont want it again just my damn blood results on the app or emailed to me!!!!
