Call centre agent

The rest of the call centre agents are very friendly except for one particular lady I didn’t get her name but she sounds coloured or white . I have been calling to find out if my biopsy results are ready because they took longer than 48 hours and I was put through to her twice, the lady is very rude and sounds like I am bothering them by querying about my results but like really we all know how biopsy is expensive and not to mention their lab fees as well so no one would just pay this kind of money if it’s not urgent
