<div>I would like to appraise the staff of Lancet Laboratory in Middelburg. I was last there on Monday the 19th October 2020 accompanying my 11year old to draw bloods. When my Doctor asked me which lab I preferred, I comfortably said 'Lancet' because of the excellent customer service I always receive there. We already new this trip was going to be a bit more *****y than usual because the doctor ordered 7 different tests. However, as usual, we were in comfortable and tender hands right from the admin counter to the blood drawing room. Process explained in age-adequate detail to my son and the sister held direct discussions with him to ease any discomforts he might have been anticipating. Lancet Middelburg, keep up the good work! We might not always say, however, we notice. Thank you!</div>
