Bullying Tactics by Lancet

Lancet have listed me for R141.50 even after arrangements were made to settle the outstanding amount off monthly, which I had been doing every month. According to the NCA, a company can only list you after they have given you 20 working days' written notice, which was not done. No invoices or statements were ever received - just random text messages - despite them having all my contact details. Of late numerous people I know have complained about Lancet's bullying tactics without following due process as legislated. I am in the process of taking this further and will explore all options to legally dispute this listing as this kind of strong arm behavior by a service provider is completely unacceptable.
