Lancet refusing to give me a refund for a test not conducted, even though all the documents have been submitted, the transaction clearly reflects on the lancet statement ,l was there when the lancet driver collected the samples and the cash but now they are asking me for my bank statement , a poor poor service, l suspect this is intentional though,
