BRUTAL, COMMUNICATIONLESS

Yesterday I had to do bloods at Lancet Krugersdorp, as this is the closest branch to my home and because the nursing staff was always very helpful, great and caring. Yesterday I had a horrible experience as a patient with a female nursing staff member who took my blood. I arrived at 7am as I had to leave for work from there, so this is very early. On approach level you could already see no one is really interested in helping. The nursing staff member who assisted had NO communication abilities at all, no idea what she was doing, hurt me so bad my arm looks like it went through a slaughter process. I work for a medical profession myself and this is no way to treat a patient/customer. In your CARE VALUES you respect your patient/customer and make an effort to provide a great service. This female nursing staff member achieved none. What happened to a caring healthcare profession, as the attitude was sit-down-shut-up-so-that-I can-get-this-over-and-done-with attitude. She had NO idea what she was doing. I have done bloods so many times before and know the service that can be provided. If this was my choice she would not be employed in my medical profession!
