Bridged patient confidentiality

I am an unhappy customer. I went to Lancet Central last Wednesday for a blood test for my son and the results were sent to a wrong address.

Lancet sent my sons results to Dr. Cajee 4, Eastern concourse Park Station , Johannesburg, 2001 instead of our doctor Dr Sheena Genesis Room 1108 11th Floor Lister Building, Cnr Jeppe and Small Street, Johannesburg.

I want my son Aayan results sent to the right down as soon as possible. I paid cash, I don't have to call the call centre and spend more of my money trying to sort this out because Mohammed was unpleasant and unhelpful.
