My account has been forwarded to the wrong email address yet again. Lancet may as well have sent my diagnosis to the wrong people. Has been reported to HPCSA. Breach of confidentiality. Pathetic service. Have previously reportes to CR region regional mananger. No feedback wa given from risk.

I have forwarded you the email but no reply or resolve from Lancet as how to fix the problem. I am now making a civil suit in this regards. Absolutely terrible service.
