Bills Out of Nowhere

I'm receiving random SMSs and emails with accounts dated at 22 November 2021 when its mid June 2022 already. I received lots of calls and SMSs this April and then I settled what so I thought I was a-ok but now I apparently owe roughly R7,000.

I also called to find out what the situation is and the agent said I have four different accounts - each with an amount outstanding. Like four accounts for one person? I asked them to send a combined statement to see what's going on and nothing since that call. Seems like they're trying to milk me of cash. Frustrating.
