Bills coming to me instead of being sent to medical aid

Can you let me know why I am getting bills for Payment ***. I was admitted to hospital and these tests were done in ARWYP hospital. Why Are the bills coming to me and not sent to Medical aid.

I see more coming through Payment *** on 2024-01-01. I was admitted to ICU. Why are the bills not being sent to medical aid again and coming to me?
