Billing nightmare

In may my wife took blood tests. There was a bill to pay to which you assured me discovery declined you application. I submitted it myself and it got paid to you in 1 payment. You had 2 invoices and argued that 1 invoice was not paid. Discovery paid both invoices in a single payment. I managed to get them to pay again. I am still waiting for you to refund discovery. Your call centre staff needs training as well as your accounting system needs some fixing.

We apologise that you are dis-satisfied with our services and regret the inconvenience caused by Administrative issues.
We receive electronic Payment statements from Discovery which are automatically credited to the specific accounts that Discovery has processed. This means that any payment that is made cannot be manipulated by us in any way. In order for us to ensure that Discovery has intended payment for a specific account but has quoted the incorrect reference number in their electronic payment file, we require their authorisation to transfer the relevant payment to the designated account.
Having stated this, we note that they have possibly made an error in the processing of the payments of both accounts into one as indicated in the screen shot below. We have confirmed that the payment may be transferred to the correct account which means we may process a refund of R303.10 to you.
Kindly provide your Banking details to enable us to process same to you.
Kind regards
GM
