Billing and threatning action against me for service not rendered to me

I have been charged by Lancet for a service rendered to my son (age 18) on the 9th of November 2021 at Mediclinic Nelspruit as in hospital patient by a doctor who is a pediatrician. Firstly my son 18 would need to be under the care of a pediatrician. Secondly he was never admitted to Mediclinic on the 9th of November 2021. He was however there for the J&J vacine which has nothing to do with test I am being charged for. I have been phoning and emailing and constantly being told it has been escalated and I will receive feedback which I never receive. Today I received a notification that I am being handed over for collection. Let me tell you if I so much as get a bad credit rating or incur debt added to this account THAT IS NOT MINE I will take legal steps. I want feedback ASAP as I have received NONE from lancet
