BILL FOR TESTS NOT REQUESTED !!!
worst service ever, they are charging me for a test which the doctor never requested when my daughter was in hospital, my medical aid rejected the claim based on this. you phone their call center and deal with the most unprofessional, rude people. I will now be handing this over to the medical ombudsman , as this is ***** ! reference number M***2
