Beyond bad service

Lancet bot responses on website are a joke.

Unable to log into app if u have changed your surname (ie got married) . App doesn't allow you to log in.

Phoned the call centre and was told that its against their policy to supply a lab report to the patient. Until I acted like a lunatic and asked 5 times, then suddenly their policy didn't apply anymore and I was allowed to get my own results.

A joke !! And these are the people that deal with some of our most personal medical information.
