BEWARE don’t overpay as you will not be refunded

BEWARE! Don’t ever pay LancetLaboratories anything more than the exact amount you owe them. I accidentally overpaid my account and now I CANNOT get my money back. They acknowledged each payment I made and deducted it from my balance each month, when I realised I had made an extra payment and asked for a refund they demanded Proof of payment for every payment made dating back 6 months, my bank Capitec is unable to provide these to me, I have asked twice and it has been “escalated” twice. I am now in a situation where Lancet has my money and I have NO away of getting it back.
