Bad services

<p>i have received a stament from lancet , saying that im owing an amount on R327.30 . As the submitted the incorrect information to the medical aid and it was declined. so now must pay lancet for they incompetend and i called and speak to the agent Sharika Jacobs who is working in accounts dp and confirmed that the information which was submitted to the medical aid was incorrect and it was provided by the hospital in parklane and they said i signed for the information , and im asking a question how can u check the paper after caming from the operation room to have a baby. its Lancet fault to check the information if its correct before submitting a claim. And i spoke to the supervisor Meagan Soloms who said they tried calling me on the incorrect number , mt number is ********** 819 not ********** 819 . im not going to pay this account im waiting for the feedback from the suppervisor as promised to escalate the matter to the manager. how can parklane hospital got paid by the medical aid and Dr Diar was paid as well and lancet was not paid, does it make sense?????? im **** off and angry about the bad services i got from lancet. Please provide me with feedback or i will escalate the matter to the Ombudsmen.</p> <p>ref no:V ********** </p>
