Bad service wrong blood dependent codes
So our baby was born on the 6th april 2021 and the baby was not on medical as yet as you can only put baby on once baby is born.
So lancet has submitted the wrong dependent code to medical aid and its not getting paid.
Everhday with out fail we get calls and trying to get them to update the right code so medical aid can pay out they refuse to, day in and out we get calls dropped on us and no help but they want payment for somethibg not in our control and on top of it getting threats to be blackisted.
Poor service and a useless lab to ever use.

I am still getting harassed by lancet day on and out messages and emails and calls none stop but no one seems to gice a hell about whats wrong from your side
This ia getting even worst as i get threatened to be handled over and listed for something that is not in my hands to sort out
